CO-ORDINATING

Co-Ordination is the purpose of achieving goals by uniting all the people and departments of the organization. Coherence preserves coherence between tasks of similar purpose. Work relationships persist between employees divided into different categories. For example, production department submits goods form or requisition to stores for supply of raw materials. Lack of co-ordination between the two departments can lead to delays in supply of raw materials or disruptions in production.

Therefore, integration increases the closeness of employees, they try to understand each other and undertake coordination efforts and extend mutual cooperation. Through integration, personal communication, trust, confidence and team spirit are enhanced.

The principles of assimilation are –

Initiation from the start – Planned before the start of the business, additions start from then on.

Continuity  Addition is always ongoing, without pause. Even when production is temporarily halted for some reason, additions continue.

Interrelationship  Employees of every department and branch will work in conjunction with each other.

Team spirit  The better the team spirit, the more successful the merger will be.
